Mcdonald's - Glastonbury

I was doing Doordash on a Saturday night trying to make some extra money and there was a 40 min wait for a cheeseburger and a french fry. I noticed a couple other dashers dealing with the same problem and many had to cancel their orders. There was plenty of staff as well, just walking about. This Glastonbury McDonald’s was the most poorly ran McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Im not one to write reviews but the service was terrible.

Stopped here on our way to our destination.Everyone was friendly, food was fine, restaurant was clean, and play area was perfect.I would go back here again. Good pit stop for kids to run and play. I like how the play area was separate

I’ve been sitting in line (stuck) for quite literally 90 minutes. People on foot are cutting me off in the drive thru. Why is this called fast food?

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Drive Thru Big Mac Combo Meals done wrong, tepid burgers/fries, upcharge for large Iced Tea of 30 cents not mentioned nor on menu; cold McNuggets not packaged properly, unfriendly window employees. Same bad experience on several previous deliveries will never go back, will try to warn others.

They never have gotten my order right and the manager don’t even know how to cook bacon they food soggy and doesn’t taste like normal mcdonald’s i think all the workers there pissed in the soda fountain as well
