In a post-pandemic time when restaurants are still facing labor/staffing, supply chain, and overall operating cost challenges, it was refreshing to experience JM?s Glastonbury. Immediate warm friendly welcome by Shamiya, reviewed menu options (as myfirst visit to a JM), ordered a Turkey w/ Provolone ?Mike?s Way?, sandwich was fresh, and made quickly accurately as ordered,as Shamiya engaged in continuous friendly conversation. Outstanding 5-Star customer service, to the point JM has gained aformer Subway loyal customer. Not sure if she?s the Manager, but if not, she should be. If you haven?t visited a JerseyMike?s, you gotta go! They also offer Catering. Thank You!!
While the steak and cheese is phenomenal, the time to get your order is often incredibly long. I've ordered takeout through the app many times in the last 2 years and they've consistently done the same thing each time; tell me to show up at a specific time(15+ minutes in the future) and then make me wait an additional 20+ minutes for my order after arriving at the store at theestablished time. It's reasonable to expect to wait a bit if you order in person, but it's absurd to have a mobile order with apickup time that effectively means nothing. Try the Rocky Hill location as an alternative, they fulfill orders in the expectedamount of time.
I ordered a giant tuna sub for pickup, but it was extremely soggy—almost as if the bread had been soaked in water. Clearly, the tuna wasn’t drained properly, and all the excess liquid soaked into the sandwich. It definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid, as I ended up throwing it away!
