Clean and tidy, I appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Food can be hit or miss due to demand for produce. My first few visits here made a great impression. However, the consistency in strong customer service is lacking in front counter. As the place was closing one evening me and two others were finishing up our meals. The lights were turned on and off a few times by staff. Almost finished our food and we're told they closed at eight. Customer focus is needed here. It was ear to see our meals were just about done and a friendly approach would have been more appropriate. I still enjoy Hungry Jacks just not at this one anymore. I come from the fast food industry and believe customer satisfaction is important. Improving staff interactions with customers is important especially if you would them to return. Sounds harsh but that's the reality. I hope to visit again soon and notice positive changes in customer service in front counter.

Luke warm burgers. Asked for the hottest with jalapeños and could find 5. Happy....NO. Will I go back. Not likely hopefully never.
