Vroni's - Glasgow City

Had the wine wings and cheeseboard as a gift and it was excellent. 3 glasses of wine and a selection of cheese to blow. the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a pleasant afternoon and evening.

Today for a booking at 13:00 clock to find vroni’s was closed. we traveled 2 hours from outside ayr. I should have expected this by not having received our gave (itison) well from a coworker of vroni when it comes to booking. today. the only date we could get in 3 windows, and were not contacted by them with a declaration of the closing.

First visit in vronis since covid. has booked a table, so no problems. my friend and I love it here and missed a visit. had our usual prosecco, which was nicely cooled. we missed the skyberry! we're coming back. it is. a nice weeping for a good start.

1. visit in cash after many months. we had a nice relaxing evening. all staff were fantastic, especially mentioning sarah because they were so friendly. it is such a time for all of us and it was fantastic to enjoy again in vronis the wein. Once again you did a great job last night.

The one consistent aspect is the young female staff member who refused us entry despite there being a table vacant with approx 1.5 metres between the table next to us. I say she is consistent because she had denied us access a couple of weeks...previously when we were a party of four when another member of staff came along a couple of mins later and showed us to a table on the mezzanine. She claimed she couldn’t seat us at the vacant table as they rules’ wouldn’t permit it but I pointed out we have been in on a number of accessions and people from different parties have occupied both tables go figure! We have been frequenting this venue for many years but going forward we won’t be back. People have long memories and good luck to your business in the hands of staff displaying the level of incompetency such as this idiot tonight.
