The Italian Caffe - Glasgow City

Four of us had the excellent appetizer menu on the other night. very decent if unbalanced tariff. great portions. crepe starter and chicken main. pleasant place, although the seats are quite worn. efficient service. sensitive weeping.

The Italian caffeine is a beautiful restaurant, had their plate tried good eating service was great, wein with glass, so they can taste many wine.

Ordered the seafood antipasti plate for two. very nice! cold dish of mixed fish, consisting of smoked salmon, mosquitoes, garnel, longustinen etc. also ordered a few small plates. margarita pizza, krabbe risotto and parmigiana di melanzane. all washed with a few glasses prosecco. beautiful! back and very atmospheric.

A big fan of Italian cuisine, I expected good things here in his sister restaurant the Italian caffeine. well, that were them too. the food was nice and service spot on. there was a really nice atmosphere and I would definitely be back for more.

Superb!. Toyed between here and a few of the other nearby Italians in the Merchant City but I definitely made the right choice! The staff are extremely polite and attentive, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor/overall feel of the place is spot on. As for the meals, the tapas idea is a fantastic idea. Portions are decent and reasonably priced, and the food is great. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend this place over the likes of nearby Italian Kitchen (the partner restaurant), Qua, Amore etc.
