Sugar Rush Glasgow - Glasgow City

I ordered a delivery from this restaurant a few weeks ago and it arrived late. When I received my order, the cheesecake was disappointing. I don't usually leave reviews, but due to the current COVID situation, I feel it is important to warn others about the poor hygiene standards at this establishment. The staff, including the manager, were unprofessional and seemed confused. The manager lacked customer service skills and overall knowledge. This restaurant is the worst place for dessert in Glasgow.

Dirty. the standards have fallen. has been here a few times in recent years and loved it. I made a tasty bite tonight with the kids. waited at least minutes before recognizing what was enough time to see how dirty everything. the refrigerator is open in front of us. with crumbling and dirt on the bottom. the floors are very dirty and it just looked grubby. no wonder it was empty. will not be back.

After ordering for milkshakes for over the currently eating app, where it says that the delivery begins to watch, good. then to call to watch and be told that the delivery actually starts without apology or knowing when they will arrive! will not give again my use! o’clock now and no more information

Tested little time, but no longer give up, as I find it very expensive for what they serve. in the rule gives only order for red pepper not for sugar rush.

We visited here, expecting it to be a family friendly fun place. It is a fast food place, ice-cream parlour and restaurant all in one. There was a weird smell in the air which was very off putting. It was chaotic, very untidy and could...do with a deep clean. The staff however were friendly and helpful. Large choice of ice cream available.
