Friday night in january was really busy Servers were great polite and knowledgable Food came really fast and pizza and onion rings were really good

Restaurant very quiet but advised 30 to 40 minute wait for food. Main courses poor. 1 pizza bit burnt. Another one was the wrong order. Sent back and cold black olives added to it. Chicken pasta dish had burnt pasta. Disappointing visit. Seemed very understaffed and restaurant clearly struggling. Will not rush back. On the plus side, the waitress was friendly and helpful.

We came here late Wednesday evening, fancying a barbeque based pizza. We fancied the big sharer but it didn't mention that we could swap the tomato base for a barbeque base. Fancying our luck, we asked our server, Marie, if we could have it. She said of course she could do that for us and that was my night made. Marie was such a sweet, genuine person and she was so lovely to chat to. Her service was prompt and always came with a natural smile. She's the best server I've had in a long while. The pizza we had was delicious but massive. Unfortunately we couldn't finish it all so we got it to take away. We got sweet potato fries with it along with cheesy triangles which could totally compete with McDonalds mozzarella sticks, they were just wonderful. To finish we had a lovely chocolate brownie with ice cream, which was a struggle but a good portion size. Thank you for a lovely evening, Marie.

I had a delicious Gluten Free pizza here, along with salad and coke, which you help yourself to and top up as you like. It was lovely to have such a lovely gf meal with plenty of flavour. I will definitely be back. Service was excellent too.

Decided to try food hall at silverburn as doing clothes shop with my 12yo son. We decided pizza hut was our dinner for this evening. Looked pretty clean and good choice of seating varities, we chose a booth. Waited around 10mins for food to be ordered. Got refillable drinks as I ordered hot&spicy pizza, which was amazing. Had wee salad from the food bar, but overate the jalapenos. Son loved his pizza, garlic bread and ice cream factory. Friendly staff. Will definitely return in the future.
