Pizza Hut - Glasgow City

Waited 40 minutes for starter, then another 30 minutes for main meal,ran out of pan base, salad not fresh. Not going back!

I recently visited Pizza Hut with my niece and had a disappointing experience. It took a long time to be served, and the chicken strips we ordered were not cooked properly, resulting in cold and hard chicken in the middle. Although we were given a second plate, I felt sick after eating it. Additionally, the pizza was overcooked and very dry. When my niece tried to use the ice cream machine, we found out that it was not working. Despite the girl's attempts to fix it for over ten minutes, we ultimately decided to just leave it. Instead of informing us that ice cream was unavailable and suggesting an alternative, she continued to fidget with the machine. In the past, I thought Pizza Hut was amazing, but now it seems to have lost its appeal.

When our starters and mains finally arrived at the same time, we had to return the potato wedges as they were undercooked. The only positive aspect of the experience was the kind waitress who served us and remained calm throughout what was clearly a difficult evening. The atmosphere and overall untidy appearance of the restaurant have ensured that I will not be returning.

The food was mediocre, lacking in authenticity to Italian cuisine. I do not plan on returning anytime soon. The servers were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the prices were certainly not affordable.

We went to the restaurant during their mega-week sale and decided to give it a try. Although it wasn't amazing, the food was tasty. We paid only £5 for a large pizza, which we thought was a fair price compared to its original price of £19. The pizza was delivered quickly, well-sealed, and hot. However, we did have to deduct a star from our rating because we had to wait a bit for a personalized order. Despite ringing the bell and asking for assistance, it took about 10 minutes for someone to come and help us.
