Mcdonald's Restaurants - Glasgow City

Shocking service waited 20. Mins for two medium fries 2 drinks , 2 mc flurry’s , ice cream had turned to a milkshake by the time I had to ask where’s my order, too busy with. Just eat uber eat drivers who just barge through , counted customers only 20 people in eating so don’t see why in store orders aren’t prioritised , you walk out the door to be hit with the most horrendous unhygienic smell from just eat Uber eat drivers smelly gits , advise to avoid at all costs better going elsewhere

It's just not a good Mcdonalds: takes ages, staff can be nice but often they are over it, when mcflurrys are available they're half melted or half full, burgers are a bit of a mess. Gots to get the Mcdonalds fix sometimes and it's my closest one but it can be a bit of a gamble, which is disappointing and offputting.

Worst Mcdonald out and have definitely made me cut back on there cold food, call up to complain to manager to be told don't order again then!!! Very professional customer service right there? If you can't read what a customer had ordered then the job ain't for you! Constant wrong orders but sure if it was yous paying money to constantly get the wrong order sent you wouldn't be happy! Daft wee kids working in your shops who don't care about quality or customer service. Won't be back and will make sure to pass the word around to avoid yous like the plaque

Every time I order through the drive-thru, there are always a couple of items missing! Terrible service!

Very good quality, Apple pie was spot on and burger juicy. All cooked to perfection. Big thumbs up.
