A relaxed eating experience, worth a visit. Food is all beautifully presented and my companions also enjoyed their food

Great atmosphere with real Thai authentic food. Value for money. We are a family of 3 travels only on foot in a table and we are surprised with the size and decorations of the restaurant. And we can't believe that food...taste like in Thailand.

The waitress who took our orders, Noa, assured us that we could float the lamb for beef (due to an allergy) in the curry that it was wrong and we had to wait for a change. Then we had to try to catch the eye of her again when she avoids our table for her to clean our plates, probably 10 15 minutes after we were finished. We didn't get a checkback from her at all, so we spent 5 10 minutes to catch the eye of a waitress to order a glass of water. When we finished, we didn't just have to go to the whole restaurant to find someone who takes our payment, but the check was wrong. We were so often, including the booking of 20 with our family, but that was absolutely shocking.

For the first time surprisingly visited after having been regular patrons of the beautiful stairway for years. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We were not thrilled on one of the nets we ordered, and it was replaced and removed from the bill with the minimum of foot, top brands! The food itself was absolutely brilliant! Well served and delicious. What else could you ask? We will definitely be back.

We were taking my mum for a belated Mother’s Day treat. Having been before we were looking forward to it. The food was nice but the experience was completely ruined by the lack of service/attentiveness of staff. Our initial waitress appeared to go on break...half way through our meal and never came back to our table despite reappearing on the floor. It wasn’t even busy yet after finishing our mains we waited so long without anyone approaching our table to clear our plates that we left our table to ask someone to clear them/give dessert menu. The final straw was when trying to pay, after 10 minutes trying to catch someone’s attention we finally managed to ask for it. The bill was left and the waitress promptly left and never reappeared! Didn’t ask how we would like to pay, again I had to go with bill in hand to find waitress who’s as stood round the corner chatting and laughing with a colleague. Really disappointing.
