I for my part really enjoyed the vegan naan bread, which was super soft and rich because Austrian Indian restaurants(my home land) for some reason only provide it with milk.
Great food, good value. I was eating alone which isn't always a comfortable experience but was made welcome. The masala dosa was delicious. There were a few vegan options on the menu.
We made a last-minute dinner reservation for a party of 5 colleagues. Despite being busy on a Thursday, we really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The menu offers a variety of street food and South Indian style curries, with clear labels for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. I personally loved the mutar mushroom dish with rice and peshwari naan, which were all delicious. The vegetarian curries were a bit spicier than expected, so I recommend opting for milder options if you're not a fan of spice. The drinks menu was extensive, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, and the service was excellent. The total bill came to £125 for papadum, main courses with rice and naan, drinks, and service for all five of us, which we felt was a fair price considering how full we were at the end of the meal.
This restaurant in central Glasgow is a great choice. They offer clearly marked vegan options, including a naan bread. The curry had just the right amount of heat, which is always a plus.
The staff is welcoming and there are plenty of vegan menu choices available, including vegan naan bread. The food is delicious.
