Ordered food to feed people this morning and meals arrived! No explanation, no phone call, nothing My partner phoned and the girl on the phone actually asked if we were missing something before we said anything (so she already knew Apparently a bag was lost and they were too busy to bring the food we'd paid for out.. so, too busy to fulfill an order but will continue taking other people's orders? Shocking Happy to take your money but not happy to actually deliver food. What a shambles

Food was overcooked but not awful. Coffee was the worst I've had this side of the millennium. Who sells instant coffee in Floating bits of what looked like powdered milk in it too. Grim...

The staff are always friendly and helpful and the cakes if you get there early enough are great.

I placed an order on Just Eat over 10 days ago and made a mistake on my order. I tried to call the restaurant but the number was not connecting. Within 2 minutes of placing the order, I cancelled it and I have still not received a refund. It seems like the restaurant is trying to keep the money without fulfilling the order. This needs to be resolved promptly. Please provide me with a contact number or refund my money. It is clear that they are more interested in keeping the money than doing the right thing. They somehow managed to have my negative review taken down from Just Eat. This restaurant is a complete scam.

I am not sure what has happened in recent years, but this restaurant has become unpleasant. The food was moldy and incorrect, my order took much longer than it should have, and the staff were too busy arguing about their tasks instead of preparing food.
