Pickled Ginger - Glasgow

The food came really fast, and the service was good. the bentobox with sides was ideal to try a few different things. a good amount of vegan options, and they had vegan mochi for dessert. I didn't try it or one of her drinks, but next time. I liked the music (I think it was J-Pop.)

Decent vegan sushi, labeled with vegan options on the menu. I had the veg plate that had some substitutions to make it vegan, and the tofu special roles

The food was served promptly, and the service was excellent. The bento box with side dishes allowed for a variety of flavors to be sampled. There were plenty of vegan options available, including vegan mochi for dessert. Although I didn't try the dessert or any of their drinks this time, I plan to do so next time. The music, which I believe was J-Pop, added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe we just picked a busy night, but Pickled Ginger was a bit of a letdown for me.

Pickled ginger is by far the best sushi I've found in GlasgowCompares to American sushi restaurants, though still smaller rolls.
