Firebird - Glasgow

What a great place, great owner, great food, great pizza, cool place to hang out"Yinz guys" Hooray come on down and enjoy a great.

I swithered with a 3 just because I felt a bit swizzed with the pricing, but the three staff members who served us were really smiley and pleasant and

I really really want to love Firebird, I really do.

Have been several times and always great eating, atmosphere and service. I had a Daft court at the odd thing. this time it were 3 (only 3 for £7.50? kingish garnels fully dressed in bowls with heads in boiling hot sauce served in equally hot metal dish; nae finger shell or towel. but do not spoil the meal and will return (but do not have the garnel! .

Very poor service. unfriendly creation of the personal and the card machine did not work, as the bill arrived, they suggested that we go over the road to withdraw cash from the cash machines, as they could not process the credit card! After they had told them that this would not happen, as I had only my credit card, they apologised us that we had said at the arrival (which we were not) and that their signs had fallen! they then wanted to make a picture of my credit card (which is rejected), but take the card details to process the next day. I called on Monday and said the card data was wrong! all that I have done to feel that it was my fault, and there was little or no sign for regret about their really bad performance. the total bill was for £125!
