I waited twice as long as the estimated time for my order to be ready, and there was a major issue with a delivery. The manager was stubbornly preoccupied with his phone, while the work phone was ringing off the hook with customers wondering about their orders. When my order finally arrived, there were no apologies. I haven't been back to this place in 10 years and I won't be returning anytime soon.

There was no apology when my order finally arrived. I have not visited this place in 10 years and I do not plan on returning for another 10 years.
