Bilson Eleven - Glasgow

What an incredible night that was last night in this restaurant. the food, the service and the wine were absolutely raised. only an absolutely incredible experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves his wine and their fine culinary experiences.

Rarely exceeds a restaurant my expectations, our visit did. three hours for the taste menu seemed too long. the time flew to it was good over three hours when we were gone. chef served the food and explained the dishes. the aromen, presentation or passion that went into the courts. no words can really do justice to them. we had the paired weeping, were an excellent choice. the sommeliers' choices were perfect each time. their passion and knowing for the selected wee was a joy, over and over added to our experience. that was an intimate experience and one we want to do again. we have left the impression that everything was planned right down, some details that could be overlooked. we will return, yes! this is an experience that I would recommend to anyone who has a passion for eating, wein and aromen. it's not for everyone. this is an experience that has enjoyed a thema of the conversation about a common one and will continue to offer.

The best meal and the most amazing experience. highly recommended, everything and everyone was so beautiful. a meal and a place to remember forever.

11 heavenly courses, great variety in paired weeping, excellent service with a pleasant Glasgow style. well the cost as tasty worth. I'm going back.
