Afternoon Tea@ Apex Glasgow

Booked afternoon tea through open table, came at the hotel only to say that they stop serving afternoon tea there months ago. This is not the first instance that this error was made. The staff was nice and friendly, but bad show of open table unlikely to make this service again as its unclear if other mistakes are made.

Nice afternoon tea. Very well presented. Had a wonderful afternoon. The staff was so friendly. It was all right. With more coffee tea. The Duty manager was fantastic to talk to all customers. Allond feeling easier. Will definitely be back. The first time in Hotel is recommended again. I was so impressed that I wanted to book an overnight stay.

The food was delicious and full of flavor. The service was top-notch, with staff making sure I was satisfied without being too intrusive.

Both dinner and breakfast in hotel restaurantnt were excelleent. Food was nicely cooked and well presented.

The staff is wonderful, the prices are reasonable, and the bar area is pleasant.
