La Feuillantine - Gland

The place is very nice and the pastries, salads, bread, sweets are absolutely a delight. The staff is wonderful and you feel like at home. Please try everything because everything is delicious. I live 100 meters from there and i go visit almost every day. I also brought the menu at my office for our lunch.

A bid hidden near the Gland townhall, this confiserie can serve you great dishes for lunch (and you can finish with one of their pastries for dessert). Very well presented dishes, but not a lot of choice. I recommend the steak tartar (raw beef meat), served with nice baguette toasts and a nice salad. Omelettes look and taste great. Smiley service and nice small room, reservation required.

After seeing such great review, decided to visit, the local is really very average, so is food. Place seems ready to impress, with cool kitchen setting, but the quality of pastries is really nothing special. If you live the walking distance from the place, it's the place to be as there is nothing better around, however would not make a drive to go there, as the quality of product in ur local bakery would most likely be similar.
