Little Caesars Pizza - Gladwin

This location never seems to have their Hot 'N Ready pizzas available, just overpriced ones. The staff was rude—when I asked for cheese sauce and explained that I needed it, I was met with an unfriendly "Chill out!" It was frustrating. My pizza was poorly cooked; the slice fell apart and all the toppings slid off because it was undercooked. The breadsticks were decent, though. I'm just confused because no matter what time I go, they always have an excuse for not having Hot 'N Ready pizzas. They claim they only keep one available, yet they still offer specialty pizzas. So if I want something right away, I have to pay extra.

During my visit, the manager made me a new pizza, which was fantastic. I had previously ordered the Old World Pepperoni Pizza and loved that it had little to no crust edge, with plenty of pepperoni on top. I found out that the pizza is now available for custom orders where you can add other toppings. I ordered an Old World Pizza with mushrooms and half with regular pepperoni. I expected it to be prepared similarly to the previous ones I had ordered, just with the added toppings. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The pizza seemed focused on serving size rather than the overall quality, and it did not meet my expectations. There was even a mix-up where some of the toppings were not properly included. I have had issues like this in the past, but I usually don’t settle for less. I hope this isn’t a trend. Additionally, I sent a comment to customer service via email but have not received any response or confirmation.

The pizza is generally good, but they occasionally struggle with special requests. The staff is professional and courteous.

Pizza is always great, people are friendly as possible!! Crazy bread is always diligent as everyone comes out. wish that could change. Except this beautiful place.
