Bought 2 different types of pasta dishes over there now and they were really good both times. Good service and employees who you can talk to about adding that extra bit to the food you now want.

The food was ordered at 16:58 with a confirmed delivery time of 17:30. We called at 17:41, and they informed us that the food was ready and would be delivered within 10 minutes. We called again at 18:03, and they said the food would be there within 5 minutes, citing a problem with their computer system. This seemed odd since they had mentioned the food was ready for delivery 22 minutes earlier at 17:41. At 18:16, we called once more, and they claimed it was just 5 minutes away, again blaming the computer system, which didn't align with the fact that the food was ready at 17:41. Finally, the food was delivered at 18:23, 53 minutes late. The only compensation they offered was a 10% discount. To make matters worse, the delivery person mentioned that it usually takes 1 hour, so it's unclear why they initially thought they could deliver it within half an hour. Overall, it was a very unfortunate experience with India Spice. Mistakes can happen, but lying about them doesn't help anyone.
