The only restaurant you can find at Automall Richmond. I ordered one Unagi Don and one Ramen. Both of them are delicious, but each one is not enough for man like me.
Waited 10 minutes just me and another person, but the workers were inside, lady in front of me eventually even walked partly into the kitchen to call out to one of them. Ordered sushi sandwich, the lady ordered ramen, we both waited for another 45 minutes before we got our food. I thought they went inside out the back door to go catch chickens for my sandwich or something.Would give 1-2 stars but since the food was good, and can be seen that it was made with care, barely made it to 3 stars.
Understandably there's a shortage of hybrid/plugins available at this time,...but this dealership has got to be the worse I've walked into. Because of the shortage, salespeople are reluctant to approach you cause it would be a waste of their time. We were probably standing out in the middle of the showroom for at least 10 min, and even sat in/out in almost every vehicle in the showroom to get any kind of attention and assistance. But to see 4-5 salesmen standing around is sooo disappointing. Nice showroom but poorly trained employees. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
