Terrible service! misorders! orders never came, we had to ask for our orders more than three times and finally it came 1 hours later, and the servers and cashiers had to audacity to show attitude and demanding tips for suc atrocious experience I've every had. Never going eat here every again!
We celebrated our family mid autumn festival this year at this restaurant and were pleasantly pleased with the food service. We had a craving for Peking Duck with all the trimmings it hit the spot . YUMMY! Together with the 6 People meal package everyone were stuffed with the variety of dishes. Parking was a challenge as we had difficulty finding a spot in the attached parkade. Not 2 worry we parked nearby Richmond Centre. Given the time (7 pm) for an auspicious event it explains the unavailability of a parking spot. Definitely, we will return again.
Made reservation for dinner, but the service is extremely poor. The host did not pay attention when we walked into the restaurant. After we sat down and ready to order, we spent about 10 mins trying to wave down a waiter/waitress just to take our order.
The rating of 3.7 is unfair, very good Chaoshan food?
