Pho Phong - GIRRAWHEEN

My partner and I had dinner at Pho Huynh for the first time tonight. The last time we passed by on a Saturday night, it was packed, so we took it as a good sign. This time around, it was much quieter. The service was quick, and the waitress provided us with excellent recommendations. We ordered spring rolls, rice paper rolls, vermicelli noodles with beef, and roasted rice with crispy chicken. Everything was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return.

I began my meal with the fried wontons, which were delightfully crispy and moist. The grilled pork chop with fried rice was a standout dish, as the pork chop was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, this dish was not greasy or dry. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our second lunch in Perth led us to a late meal in the suburbs, rather than the CBD. After a quick search, we discovered we were in a neighborhood with a strong Vietnamese influence. We decided to try the highly rated Pho Huynh for some local pho.
