Filippone - Gioia dei marsi

I spend 6 weeks in Filippone in 1998 for work and returned for the first time 3 years ago and this year again. Every time again it feels like I’m coming home. Franco and his team are very welcoming and do everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and we left both nights completely full. We’ll be back again.

The hotel Filippone is a wonderful family owned and run hotel. It is surrounded simply by peace. The food is absolutely delicious and local and of very high quality! The staff is very attentive, service oriented and caring . The rooms are nice. The pool area is spacious and comfortable and the gardens around the hotel well kept.
