Saigon -2- Siam Bistro - Gilroy

A charming and cozy Thai-Vietnamese restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and received great service from start to finish. The staff accommodated our request for vegetarian broth, as there were limited veggie options on the menu. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I absolutely love this place! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Their spicy sate pho noodle soup is simply the best in the world. The fresh spring rolls are genuinely fresh, and the vegetarian Thai fried rice is delicious. The staff and customer service are exceptional, and the owners are very down to earth. This might be our 50th visit here!

The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious! We ordered a diverse range of dishes, including green curry, roasted pork fried rice, vermicelli noodles with chicken, and lumpia. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, and the kitchen staff is very efficient. We will definitely return!

Stopped in Gilroy to try this restaurant on the way home to NorCal. I have 5 stars on friendly service, but 2 stars for foods. Pho taste sweet and it didn’t taste quite much like pho. The spicy dishes we ordered were more on the salty side for both dishes instead of Thai spices. And BBQ pork chop and chicken combo were really dried. We can taste the pork chop as being so dried almost like beef jerky. The chicken was edible but just dried. The food itself was not all that. People might have given good ratings on services, the food itself isn’t all that when it comes to taste. I would try a different place next time.

Awesome food we had shrimp tempura , fish cake and crab fried rice . The presentation and taste both were awesome . The place has a good vibe and friendly staff
