Garlic City Cafe - Gilroy

Don't let the prices deter you, this is an amazing restaurant. The menu is confusing, but their dinner entrees include a soup or salad as well as toast. Kinda disappointed it wasn't garlic bread). The pasta is great and very fancy, and the sauces taste freshly made. The portion sizes are huge and you could definitely share one. Try the garlic vanilla ice cream for dessert ; Very Unique

Entered in the restaurant. Odor of old grease,the waitress was not very friendly which surprisingly finding out she's the owner of the establishment. My waffle was burnt. Omelet was not very tasty. For me an my mother will not be back for breakfast.

We visited this restaurant 5 years ago. And again, inconspicuous from the street, but: It just tastes great, the garlic cream soup as a starter and then a delicious, perfectly fried paddy in a delicious burger, with garlic fries, perfect

Stopped by for a quick sister lunch and I was not disappointed. I got the chicken salad as an on tray with bread and garlic for appetizer. It was absolutely delicious. My sister got salmon salad. I didn't try it but from afar it looked delicious because her plate was empty. If you're in the area, give this place a try.

We tried the garlic soup. It was similar to a cream of potato soup with garlic added. Good, but not great. We had the garlic burger, which was good. Garlic fries were just OK.
