Alexander was the most pleasant kind employee there. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us out we had a great time thanks to your warm attitude you rock. Someone stamped our wrists but then didnt check when we left a false sense of security can be dangerous. Luckily we always watch our kids when we are out. Stay awsome Alexander!!!

Yesterday i attended a birthday party for a friend’s daughter and let me just say the WHOLE OVER PRICED experience was RUSHED. For being a few 100’s short of a 1000 you’d expect better customer service! With having 5 years management experience of a Pizza Parlor, the Parties were our #1 priority and were always accommodated and made sure you got the most for your .A hour before our time slot ended we were already being “encouraged/reminded” our time slot ended in an hour… 30 minutes later the NEXT party they had booked for our table was already present staring at us, which is so RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE to BOTH parties. My friends had spoken to management several times and were given a cold shoulder basically. If this is how corporate has instructed their employees and locations to conduct business this way…shame on them !!

It's an excellent spot for a fun family night, with a clean, safe environment and plenty of entertainment options. Plus, the pizza and salad bar are excellent!

Overall kids had a great time. Food was average. Many of the games were not working at the time. Service was sub par needed more staff to help at front desk/ entrance.
