Superb qualit super frame .. damage that did not serve you as demand sauce a part and personnel too familiar for a premire time limit of arrogance damage ! When you get out that a net (pure pepper blue is a meat mijot heuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu .... everything has because not put the sauce out!! due and would not return
We were a 16 table, and it was very beautiful. We asked if they could do something. then they are not responsible for the good weather, but I think that the decency would have been to answer correctly rather than to pay our head. It's nice to get mocked by the waiters! and the disgraceful remarks of the boss, the waiter who checks and doesn't care about a client's mouth. Not only as clients, we should be respected. but there as people they were missing from us.
As part of a birthday, we were eaten to five people in this establishment. restaurant that we used to frequent with the old direction. first observation is that the place is no longer as filled as it was before for a Sunday. the waiting time between the aperitif and the entrance is 55 minutes, it would be a problem in the preparation of gamberoni. When the plate was presented, we thought it was the main dish. presence of fine potatoes (style chips), pasta with sauce and gamberoni uncoated. during the order, we asked for two soils with potatoes. There was probably a surplus of pasta to be distributed. a meat cooked to the point, comes stabbing with some pasta. The addition is unreasonable more than 240€ for a very bad time (aperitives, admissions, dishes, wine with pichet and two coca). the only positive point is the friendliness of the lady who took care of our table. I really regret the old direction.
I recently visited a restaurant using a Vivabox voucher (which I checked the expiry date of beforehand and found the restaurant, He Giardino, on their website). The server scanned the voucher, seated us, and then informed us that the voucher had expired. I showed them the email confirming the validity, but the server was not helpful. The manager was absent, so I spoke with the manager's partner who was unhelpful. The appetizers were mediocre: my companion received only 4 scampis on their plate, while my daughter and I shared a plate of antipasti that included 2 tomato slices, 2 pieces of mozzarella, gorgonzola, taleggio, and nuts. The main courses were disappointing as well: the pizza was undercooked, the scallop milanese was small and overcooked, and the mixed fried fish was not fresh and had a strong unpleasant smell. The waitress even suggested that the taste changes when drinking wine - what? We were not offered any kind of compensation and were not informed (until I insisted) that my Vivabox voucher was no longer valid. Overall, I would not categorize this establishment as a restaurant, it was a shame.
