Premier Inn Chatham/gillingham (victory Pier)

Premier inn never disappoints, always clean and comfortable beds. Price is always right. Chose this Premier Inn to visit my son at Uni location was everything. The staff here were wonderful, friendly and always helpful. Had breakfast and dinner here and was satisfactory. In fact the dinner was exceptional, chef did a great job with cooking up steak. We have been made so welcome by Nick Large and all the Team Members at Blake Avenue Premier Inn for several years now. We use the restaurant area once a month to run a support group for Working Age Stroke Survivors. The staff are professional, friendly supportive of us all. I can't comment on the rooms as we do not use them, however, our group members enjoy refreshments in a very clean and pleasent atmostphere, so I would vouch that this care is reflected elsewhere in the hotel. Parking is plentiful and the staff always make sure we have a clear area for the participants to use. This is a wonderful example of supporting the wider community and we appreciate it so much.
