Jimmy John's - Gillette

30 years of life and I 've never been to a Jimmy John 's before. This is my absolute favorite 'fast food ' place. Sure, sometimes they get busy at this location but the food is totally worth the wait. This is becoming a regular stop for me. The staff are all incredibly friendly and do an amazing job! Wouldn 't have amazing sandwiches without amazing people!

I just love their version for the sandwich without rolls, best customer service ever...

Great bread and tasted like fresh ingredients. Service was fast only bad thing is it costed 30+ for just three sandwiches a little pricey for me.

We were in the drive thru. They didn't ask about meals but we thought we ordered meals, chips and drink with the sandwich. Had to correct at window, then they gave us the wrong chips. Food is good. Customer service could be better.

The store says they offer delivery ... they don 't. The manager called before I even got my food to say, We don 't have an ingredient you requested extra of. I just didn 't want you to think we made the sandwich wrong. The manager did not offer anything as a replacement or ask if they could make it up to us. We ordered 4 sandwiches and requested mayo packets, mustard packets, and napkins with all 4 of them we received 0 packets and 0 napkins. None of the sandwiches were cut as requested, etc, etc. I am less than impressed.
