Dunkin' - Gilford

I ordered an iced coffee and a bacon and egg wrap online. The coffee was good, but the wrap had cheese on it even though it doesn't come with cheese when ordered online. The bacon was undercooked and the woman who served me had a bad attitude when I mentioned that the order was under the name Nikki instead of Nicole. The indoor dining area was closed due to short staff, so the line was extremely long. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

There was no hot food available at the restaurant, and they frequently made mistakes with orders. When I tried to address these issues at the window, the staff argued with me. Additionally, I had to request straws, and even the hot coffee orders were not prepared correctly.

The interior of this restaurant is extremely dirty and unsanitary. The entire staff appeared unclean and nothing in the establishment seemed to be sanitized. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant and feel that the Board of Health should consider closing it down immediately.

By far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. line was long and moving slowly, and they messed up everything about my order, which is impressive considering I only got an iced coffee and a plain bagel. do not go here under any circumstance.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a blue skyberry coolata and discovered white and green mold floating in it when I took a sip. It was very disgusting. I would like some sort of compensation for this. Additionally, the rest of my order was incorrect.
