Dairy Queen - Gilbertsville

Bought a quick burger and fries dinner here. Staff was courteous and propmt. Facility in cluding restrooms was clean. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

The employees there are awsome and the manager goes above and beyond! I wish every place was like this!! Kudos to the whole staff. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20

I used to come here often and haven’t been back in a couple of months. Tonight I went in and order 76$ worth of food. And I’m extremely disappointed. I even asked if they could fix some items. Needless to say I would travel to another Town if I ever wanted Dairy Queen. Never coming back. Bugs around the soda fountain. Half filled fries and cold even my boys who eat EVERYTHING threw out the fries). Ice cream is sad looking. blizzards 3/4 full and only half spun. Update I don’t know what other kinds on information you need. I was detailed about the review. You definitely need better employees with customer service skills. As for squaring up for me to come back I decline. Thank you.
