Przekaż informację zwrotnąI was in a wheelchair and went in with my family. We wanted a booth. The host was preparing a booth then a manager came out and told us to sit in a table. We said, no we we wanted a booth. Then she said let’s put you back on the corner. We said no. So as she leaves, she looks and me and roles her eyes. We then sat and asked if they have cauliflower crust as my mother had dietary restrictions. They said they did not cater to dietary restrictions. Very poor service, not disabled friendly, and rude management for no reason.
This was out 2nd time dining at Zappone's. We had different meals each time and they were all excellent. Service was superb and our server even double-checked how I wanted my Bombay Sapphire martini prepared. Attention to detail is so important.Once again we neglected to leave room for dessert... maybe one of these times we will.
I’ve dined here multiple times and the food/ ambience has gone down hill. The restaurant is starting to look run down too. Our table was not clean and felt sticky. The red metal chairs they have are uncomfortable and the food was just mediocre. They staff also seemed anxious to get us out of the restaurant with a closing time of 8pm, we put our order in about 7:30pm. Our server was pleasant however she messed up our salad orders. All in all it was a good dining experience but I will think twice about going back.
The food is delicious, real Italian flavor. We have a new favorite spot.
Good food and reasonably priced. Portions on small side. Friendly service and staff. Would skip pizza (so-so at best).
