Typical wendys. excellent chili and a very decent burger (although a bit overpriced). the counter service was excellent. will return. food: 4/5

If I could give zero stars I would. Went thru the drive through because lobby was locked. This was 7am mind you. When I arrived at the window;there wasn't anyone else in line. I had to wait 5 minutes before the guy even acknowledged me, we had made eye contact. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and coffee. He took my card closed the window and I watched as he poured some liquid and water into a cup and stirred! Do they no longer brew it?? He then disappeared out of sight, he hadn't given me back my card, after what seemed like an eternity, I honked. He came to the window and asked what the problem was?! I told him that I had been waiting now for 15 minutes and I needed my card and my food. He grinned and said we're making it fresh...When he handed me the card and food, I left only to get overly salted potatoes and barely warm food. The coffee was disposed of. Worst experience at any Wendy's and such a disappointment.

This restaurant is incredibly inconsistent. The lobby is always closed so there is no point going here Unless you intend to use the drive-through. The staffing excuse is complete nonsense the franchise owner simply does not want to pay a decent wage to their workers so the place is adequately staffed. Don't waste your time

Terrible attitude from drive thru staff. Short on the order and coke was flat. Called back to inform coke had no carbonation so future guests wouldn 't be disappointed and staff member on the phone said so what do you want from me? JBC was a joke. All in all this location was closest to my house but has now lost my business. Hope the management digs into which staff members care and which ones to move on from.

Ordered a chocolate frosty and got a cup of melted chocolate milk!! It was so bad I threw it out!! A frosty is usually thick ice cream!! Also got bacon on my burger that was so hard I almost cracked a tooth!! Fix your frosty machine and cook some fresh bacon would you!!
