Wendy's - Gilbert

I would love to comment on the food and service quality, but they need to unlock the door first. There's nothing more frustrating than getting the kids out of their car seats only to find the front door locked. There’s a sign out front saying the restaurant is open for lobby seating, but that didn’t help us. We decided to take our business elsewhere and ended up at Denny's next door.

The doors were locked at 5 PM with no signs or explanations given. There were only two people in the lobby and a cashier who completely ignored me. It was incredibly inconvenient. I have never eaten at this Wendy's location and I don't plan to. I would suggest choosing a different place.

I really love the Bourbon Burger, though I think it could be a bit larger. I wish there was a Wendy's nearby! (Update) I was so focused on the sauce that I didn't realize they forgot my crispy-fried onions.

Just got an order of undercooked, oil logged chicken nuggets and cold french fries. Disgusting, and can't risk complaining to staff as it will only make the problem worse. ???? Go elsewhere. Tipped very well and got my food almost immediately. So that's a restaurant problem, not the driver.

This Wendy?s really does a wonderful job. I went through the drive thru tonight and received quick and wonderful service. The food was hot and fresh, and the young girl at the window was so pleasant. Keep up the good work at this location!!
