The Buffalo Spot - Gilbert

I used to adore this restaurant, but since merging with another brand, the loyalty points are no longer active. They have also cut half of the menu and the service is incredibly slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant and our order took over 30 minutes to arrive. We ordered boneless wings (since traditional ones are no longer available) and buffalo fries (which were drowning in sauce).

Food was great here. They do make it once you order so your wait time is high. I would recommend going in instead of waiting in the drive through. Also I had ordered fries with my food and didn't get them, was on my lunch break from work and spent majority of it in the line so I left without asking for my fries.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The chicken was cold and the fries were not very warm. The chicken seemed to be mostly breading and lacked actual chicken meat. In my opinion, it was not worth the $9.00.

If their food (Buffalo fries and bonless wings) wasn't so good this would by 0 stars. First online order we waited over 1.5 hrs for the order and they forgot our drinks2nd attempt ordered Tenders family meal an it was rejected because they were out of of tenders.3rs attempt we ordered their bonless wings family meal and it was rejected. When I called to ask why...I was placed on eternal hold. This location is horrible.

Had the most terrible day, came to the buffalo spot and the day was completely turned around by haley. her warmth and compassion for our day was beyond what you would expect! she empathized with our situation and ruined dinner plans and went above and beyond to make this burning experience top notch! her professionality is second-to-no! I would recommend to everyone to visit this place and to experience the great service my wife and I received here today, haley made my wife Mother's Day to remember! Many thanks to haley and her staff!
