Taco Bell - Gilbert

The customer service is on the hill. they have not only stopped to take orders (see to order them from the kiosk), but also to be sculpted on the meat. sad to see how they go down the hill. not sure if it's just this place or all of them.

Everytime we come to this location they mess up our order. 0, read zero quality control when that bag leaves the window. We have to actually make them count the items. At this point we are probably $30+ is lost items. Lol. We drive an extra 10 mins to another location to avoid this place. Tldr don't go to this location if you want your full order you paid for!

Called to ask if they had Mexican pizza available still employee whom answered was super professional and friendly! I would eat here based upon the experience I had with the employee alone indicating they provide solid customer service. No Mexican pizza available though unfortunately!!

Got my order messed up, spilled my drink, fell on my face when i got home, bonked my head on the door because i forgot to turn the knob, choked on the burrito, had a breakup, almost died from breathing, finished the last season of my favorite show, died, went to heaven, ate dinner with XXX, got sharted back to earth by God, and occupied the bathroom for 3 hours. Best day of my life. Plumber is coming in a few days.?

Sad to see LJS part gone, didn't go inside so I don't know how the renovations went, that said I had something for the first time EVER at ANY TB and I'm a pretty old guy.....the food temperature was HOT! Yes even with drive-thru and taking it home : One thing, the horrible smell that persists by the drive-thru, very, very funky.
