Subway - Gilbert

The young server was fantastic! We arrived at the last minute, and he was ready to assist us with a smile on his face. He was very professional and polite. I really wish I knew his name—he was a wonderful young man with blonde hair. Such a sweet guy!

I just want to turn off the subway. I've been here three times, and each time it's the same result. It's always so slow.

The service was absolutely terrible. They messed up my order and then tried to blame me for it. I love Subway, but I won’t be stopping at this location again anytime soon.

Brot was as heavy as crumbs. I didn't use any real tools to prep my sandwich. do not recommend.

I ordered a sandwich, the girl that made it seemed annoyed I was there, I went to my car to eat and choked on a small piece of plastic that was toasted into the cheese. I'm normally not one to complain, but how did this happen? I went in a showed her, she offered a refund, set the money down on the counter with an attitudeat a point where I had to reach for it. I asked for a new sandwich because I didn't want to risk choking on more plastic and she basically ignored me. Then when I asked again with an attitude, she half-heartedly made it. She seems she needs to to be trained better at customer service. Not sure I'll be back if she is the employee working.
