Sonic Drive-in - Gilbert

Pulled and laid my extremely simple order of basic drinks and a few milkshakes. had my 3 years old in the car, super excited to get a fruit milkshake. we then sat there patiently waiting for a minimum of 15 min, just out that something was up when a car moved next to us and the person above the intercom told that they were closed that this was about 4 o'clock. we pressed the button to talk to someone - we get someone else who lets us know now that they are closed and when we ask for our order that had already been put the person replied with oh yes I see that they are here. They then inform us that there was credit card machine down there. So they let us sit there and waited for drinks and a milkshake that would never come. when we wanted to talk to a manager, the only answer was. I'm sorry. it is not as if I had still expected that my orderly simple communication would have been great.

The manager here is so rude! i asked to make a cream slush with real ice cream and was responded with im the manager i know how to make a cream slush with unnecessary attitude. then refused to take my order at all??

Ordered cream slushes and sandwiches When they drinks got to the car, the flavoured syrup was all over the side of the cup. Making it a sticky ride home. No napkins were brought out with the food or drinks.

I just came through, and my service with Mia was amazing. She was very friendly, talkative, and double checked that I had everything I needed. Usually when I go to sonics they're in and out and blegh, but thankfully mia took her time with our large order. Great job! Will be back soon. :

Awesome! Incredibly helpful, friendly service. They went the extra mile with a smile and were very accommodating. We dined on their outside seating. Everything was clean. The food came out VERY quickly and was piping hot. .
