Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This is the best Red Robin Location. The food was perfect and the service was fantastic. I know it seems like a strange bottom, but we ordered an appetizer and they brought the appetizers very fast (what was great) but 2 minutes later another server came from the kitchen with our meal. The food came out almost quickly. We had barley a single bite from our appetizer. When we go, we like to enjoy the time, but for others it can be positive to get their food ASAP and go.

Went here a couple of nights ago for dinner with my husband. The service was perfect. Dinner was hot and delicious. My husband had the fish dinner. (His favorite) I had the guac burger, it's so fulfilling. The staff were polite and courteous. We love Red Robin.

Just got into town and decided to give Red Robin a go. We were greeted and seated quickly. Angelica was our server who quickly took our drink order and our lunch order shortly thereafter. Our drinks came out quickly as well as our burgers! Very tasty! Angelica checked on us several times, great service!

Screw this place for curbside pickup. I had to go inside since no one came out 30 min after I checked in. Then they told me it would be another 20 min and I could wait in the lobby which had 15 people sitting in a small waiting area. So much for social distancing. After another 20 min of waiting my food was still not ready and I asked for a refund. Took another 10 min for the manager to show up and tell me the refund will be proceesed automatically online. Mothers Day dinner plans with my family was completely ruined. Incompetent staff and clueless management. 2 hours later still no refund. Ridiculous.

Had a great dinner here. This is a good, down to earth family friendly restaurant. We had great service. I ate a new burger called the Red Eye Rambler. Ciabatta bun, muenster cheese, candied bacon, onion strings and a fries egg. Really really good!
