As long as I've been eating chicken here and I hear and watching the commercials about the chicken sandwich. They should definitely just stick to chicken because I don't know what people talk about, but this sandwich, it is not that good at all. Think about what you see on the commercial and look at what I'm showing you when I ordered at the The restaurant, Bun was soggy and I was looking for the rest of my macaroni and cheese. Looks nothing like the commercial and damn sure don't taste like the people say it does. Going to start showing what fast food is anymore and what we pay for it now. Stay tuned ????
I was very pleased with the service at the counter but I sat for 20 minutes inside the restaurant before I received my food. The chicken tenders were cold and greasy. The fries were good as was the biscuit but the popcorn shrimp was overcooked. Not sure I will return to this location again.
Nasty. I used to stop in every so often, but haven't been in in over a year until the other night. I decided to go in and order thinking it would be faster, but it took 30 MINUTES for me to get my food. Then my 3 piece strips were basically 3 scraps barely equivalent to one full strip. I think I got food poisoning as well because... well you can guess why. Never going there again.
Look, I'm the first person who can understand technical difficulties, pos systems going down, being short staffed, literally any service industry issue.. however the amount of lack of customer service at this location was absolutely appalling. I have no idea what was going on at this location today (Dec 1st 22) but I waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes. I was trapped in line with cars in front of me and behind me otherwise I would have left. Once I got to the window I waited without communication from staff for over 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes in line. All of the staff were huddled in a group talking to each other with zero sense of urgency, with little to no communication to their customers and left us hanging. We ended up leaving without even getting our food or paying because we couldn't even talk to the staff about what was going on. While in line we could see multiple of them on their phones passing their phones around and chit chatting. Worst experience I've ever had at this location and I will 100% never be back, unless the staffing situation is rectified. Better training needs to be put in place here.
Way Better than the one on Gilbert at Southern!! Except I asked for Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes....friendly reps, fast service!
