Midnight Taco - Gilbert

Pollo Asado burrito was stellar! These hole in the wall places are always my favorite this place was no exception. I will be going there again, for sure.Vegetarian options: I saw a vegetarian burrito with grilled cactus that looked interesting. Will try that next time.

Delicious! Carna and Pollo tacos were excellent. Queso style was very good. Small little place packing great flavor.

Literally, we have been to every Mexican restraint in the valley and this place is top tier! They put everything into their authentic true Mexican food. It?s a smell little place with a whole lot to offer! You will not be disappointed! This place has amazing service, they really care about their patrons leaving with everything this place has to offer!

We were in the Gilbert area and noticed the Best Carne Asada sign in front of a big chain-looking taco place and thought, yeah right. However, we were in the moment and thought we 'd try a taco just in case there was some truth to this claim. Little did we know that Midnight Taco was originally a food truck (for which I have a lot more respect). WOW! The claim wasn 't a boast, it was a challenge for all other taco joints! The carne Asada was full of flavor and tasted likea great steak, which cut through the other delicious toppings. The Al Pastor taco was just as impressive, full of spices and topped with guac and sprinkled with fresh mild cilantro. We had to try more and got the chicken taco, which wasjuicy and seasoned perfectly. Try the Carne with a flour tortilla and the Chicken/Al Pastor with the corn tortilla. Amazingly good. Nice Job Midnight Taco!

First visit here and won't be the last! fast and friendly service and the carne asada tacos and al pastor tacos were the best!! the tortillas they have are awesome and authentic!! I also ordered the nachos with steak and when I saw it was the processed cheese I was bummed at first but then I took a taste and they were very delicious!! you wont be disappointed here! I just wish I would have tried the sonoran dog as I can only imagine how delicious they must be...oh well nextvisit I will ???? Oh yes the red sauce I tried was perfect but if you don't like a bite then go with the mild ????
