Kfc - Gilbert

Absolutely terrible. I have made a command for a door bag, and my whole order was wrong, except the chicken sandwich that was ridiculously soggy and disgustingly fat. I ordered two sides of fries, both were gone, and I received a sprit instead of pink limonade that I paid extra. definitely not eating here, I could only get a $5 refund that only covers the top.

Total waste of $21, I ordered Nashville hot tenders combo chicken combo, they r out of Nashville sauce so instead of telling me that they gave me dry tenders without any Nashville sauce, they are out of all the drinks so there’s only water for my “combo” it’s missing biscuit from my combo! I could’ve saved $21 Only if they said they are out of everything! ??‍

It 's been a long time since having KFC and things still haven 't changed other than, the quality of food and the not so friendly customer service, as well as, the missing item that come with the order. Sheesh!!! ‍ They were missing my biscuit from my order but by the time it was noticed, we were far away from the location and I didn 't even call because it was pointless considering how the girl at the window acted. I can imagine how the Manager would 've been over a biscuit. No thanks... keep it! If you go, you might want to check your order and receipt. One really can 't trust some of these restaurants these days. . . sadly!

This is literally the worst KFC I've ever been too. They're always out of everything or just choose not to make it. When I have gotten food it's been cold and hours old. I've never had a good experience at this location. Says they're open but they just lock the doors and stop taking drive thru orders when there's a line of customers waiting.

I ordered a bucket meal online. When I went to pick it up I checked the order and the drink bucket was missing and a large side of Mac and cheese. I asked the girl working and she said oh yeah we're out of Mac and cheese for the day. So they just weren't going to put it in there? Then I asked where the drink bucket was and she said oh we're out of the drink buckets. So I asked for a large drink instead and she gave to me but then the Pepsi wasn't coming out of the fountain and she said oh we're out of Pepsi. I will not be coming back. Horrible representation of kfc.
