First Watch - Gilbert

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and we all really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, the service was attentive, and they responded promptly and effectively to a minor issue we had. The chocolate chip pancake on the kids' menu is massive! Three of us ordered breakfast, but I opted for lunch at 12:30 and had the Ham Gruyere cheese melt, which was cooked perfectly. The flavors were wonderful, and even though they mistakenly brought out an omelette first, they corrected it quickly and efficiently. My wife ordered the omelette, and I think the server mistakenly noted my order as an omelette too. No worries at all; everything was handled smoothly. The other two members of our group had the million-dollar breakfast sandwich and the Bacado omelette, both of which they raved about. Check out the pictures; I'm sure you'll agree they look amazing!

Everything from the service to the food was absolutely fantastic! With so many tempting options on the menu, it was hard to choose, but we settled on the Million Dollar Bacon, biscuits, turkey sausage gravy with eggs, and home fries. Every dish was cooked to perfection! We also enjoyed a delightful drink made with pomegranate juice, orange juice, and a vitamin boost shot—oh my goodness, it was delicious! We can't wait to return to sample more breakfast items and explore the lunch menu. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would, as they truly deserve it!

This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be returning. Luckily, I don’t live nearby! I ordered the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich along with the Million Dollar Bacon as a side. The sandwich was loaded with a sausage patty, Million Dollar Bacon, cheese, egg, arugula, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Honestly, this might be the only thing I ever order when I come back!

No complaints. Impressed with our waitress, Alexis. Ordered the Traditional with French Toast added as a side. Chicken sausage patties and seasoned potatoes were excellent. My favorite was the French Toast.

This is the PERFECT breakfast/brunch spot! They definitely focus on fresh, real food ingredients with a healthy flair. The Morning Meditation juice was light, refreshing, and delicious! Coffee was perfect. French toast was amazing, made with fresh brioche bread. Loved the cute bottles of 100% maple syrup. Our waitress, Sam, was perfection. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great suggestions. When I visit Gilbert again in the future, this will be the first restaurant I go to! I want to try everything on the menu!
