Not as good as before! I often came here, but like most things, the Skamde ruined everything. First, they no longer salsa where you are free, just to grab it yourself (I mean, why would you make it convenient for your customers). Instead, you need the workers behind the counter that are already underused to get you what you want. And if they're busy at the counter with orders for a line of 10 people? Forget it! Serious management, enough with the Covid nonsense and reset your Salsa Bar! It's just smart business, it will make your employees more productive again and you will stop your customers who just want a little very fast without waiting 5 minutes to get someone attention. I don't think management has an idea of how much time their employees waste and the impact on productivity by not taking the Salsa Bar anymore. Secondly, they have increased their prices slightly and coupons are no longer a bargain. They give you a $6 meal without drinking. So add the drink and the voucher is more expensive than just getting the combo! It doesn't make sense. The restaurant is often also dirty, probably from under occupation. As I say, not what they used to be.

I ordered food by Uber eats from them and the chicken tasted soo bad . It smells weird. I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a family dinner and threw it in the garbage. I don't think I'll order them again.

We love El Pollo Loco, but this place is terrible. I ordered the double chicken avocado salad. They were from Kojita cheese (Didn?t tell me) the Avacado was brown, chicken was burned and had to ask for dressing what when I got it tasted like it was bad. My wife is vegetarian, so the BRC gets Burrito and they grabbed him with chicken. They remake the burrito, but when we came home, we had both stomach problems at the rest of the day. Overall, only a really bad situation.

Vegetables were undercooked nothing worked at the fountain drink station. The drinks they had were watered down. Not sure maybe it was just a bad day but I don't recommend going to this El Pollo loco.
