Creamistry - Gilbert

My son pleaded with me to take him driving today, so I simply searched for ice cream and we ended up here. It was fantastic! Watching the nitrogen explosions while they prepare your dessert is entertaining, and the ice cream itself is incredibly creamy and delicious. I was surprised that there was no line at all, especially for a holiday! I can't wait to bring the rest of the family back another time.

The consistency of the ice cream and the abundance of toppings in every bite are fantastic. While the portion sizes may raise some eyebrows, this delightful treat will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth, regardless of the smaller servings. I tried the Strawberry Bond, Sea Salt Caramel Cookie Monster, and Chocolate Combustion today, and everyone loved them. This place is located in downtown Gilbert!

I want to begin by saying that I really enjoy Creamistry's offerings but unfortunately, this particular location has declined. The staff appeared annoyed that we were there. If you dislike your job, perhaps it's time to reconsider! This place was fantastic when it first opened, but now it feels unkempt. The floors were dirty, and overall, the cleanliness was lacking. I urge Creamistry Corporate to look into this matter; we genuinely love Creamistry and don't want the brand's reputation to suffer due to the staff at this location. Please address these issues! I'd be happy to update my review once things improve.

Friday, May 20th was our first time here. My son had been looking forward to going here for weeks. When we entered, the place was not clean, we were not greeted, and when I greeted one of the employees, she simply raised her eyebrows and looked at me. She never asked for my order or anything. If it were just me, I would have walked out, but my son really wanted it. My son placed the order and the girl asked, will that be all? That was literally the only words she spoke. The boy that was there never looked our way once. He made the ice cream, handed it yo her, and walked to the back. She completed the order and put it on the counter. It was not a good experience. It has 2 stars because my son said it 's decent. He also said Arby 's mint chocolate shake is wayy better though. We will not be going back to Creamistry. Petersen 's, another ice cream shop across the street is way better and the staff is friendly and professional.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from. My favorite part is watching them make the icecream!
