Coffee Rush - Gilbert

I have been coming here for over a decade I wanted to enjoy a coffee while my children ate their McDonald’s. (We had a long, difficult day.. death in the family… Apparently, kids can’t bring drinks in to have with their food while single mothers try to have a moment to enjoy a coffee at the same time. They will kick you out before they allow that. So, I guess I can’t come here with my teenage kids.. Very unfortunate, since this place has been a sanctuary for me for so long I always have my children. It is what it is, I suppose. Jordan you could have handled the situation without the attitude. I wasn’t going to say anything about you, but since you barked your name at me here you go. Customer service shouldn’t come with an entitled attitude. Thank you for adding to my horrible day.

32 Oz lattes and people stick around. My research so far says that cr gilbert has the highest sustained afternoon busyness in east valley so far. The atmosphere can't be beat. They have dozens of both regular and sugar free flavors each. Only the Extreme Bean on Southern can come close.

I really want to like Coffee Rush because it’s in such a convenient location for me and I always want to support locally owned businesses. Unfortunately, I’ve been in twice and I won’t be back. The drinks are disgustingly sweet and the wifi is painfully slow. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, so I came in again and ordered something different, but it was again way too sweet and the wifi was somehow even slower. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is great for getting a little work done or catching up with a friend. It’s really unfortunate that you can’t get a good coffee or fast wifi here, or I would be in a few times a week.

The staff is very warm and friendly, the coffee is very good and the muffins are wonderful. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, the staff opened the door for me and got my muffins for me. They also have an incredible outside patio area with a fountain. It is an amazing coffee shop, we stop every time we go to the area.

Awesome place with great menu and very reasonable prices! All of the workers are friendly and attentive, but we're especially impressed with Layla...she already knows our favorite drinks after just a few visits!
