Caldwell County Bbq - Gilbert

The food was delicious with generous portions. As residents of Kansas City, we're fortunate to have a plethora of barbecue spots, and Caldwell County BBQ ranks among the best. The flavors were outstanding, and the meat was juicy, not at all dry. My wife and I shared the El General Patton sandwich, along with a side of slaw and corn casserole. It was quite filling, and we enjoyed it so much that we stopped for more on our way out.

I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. They serve the best BBQ I've had since my trip to Arizona. Although they were out of some items, the food they did have was still fantastic. I ordered the ribs with a dry rub and sauce on the side, and they were wonderful!

Wow, wow, wow, wow! the el general patton can be the best bbq sandwich I've ever had. certainly the best bbq in az! do not miss this place.

There is no better barbecue than this place hands-down and the ambience outside and the cleanliness is a thumbs up too. Its my favorite place to go have a meal year round. Staff and customer service is great as well I even enjoyed our second location that has a Mexican food twist to it. Gluten-free bread options would be great for other families that can't eat the breads there.
