Brooklyn V's Pizza- Gilbert

A friend recommended this restaurant to me, and I initially thought it would be impossible to find authentic New York pizza in Arizona. I was wrong. This pizza was the best I've had outside of New York! As soon as I walked in, I could tell it was going to be great. The dining room was packed, the aroma of pizza baking filled the air, and the vibe made me feel like I was in a pizzeria in New York. I'm a believer now! While many places claim to serve New York-style pizza, only Brooklyn V’s truly delivers it. If you're looking for real New York pizza, your search ends here. Enjoy!

I’m originally from New York and visited this restaurant for the first time about three months ago. The pizza was fantastic, and I thought I had finally discovered a great pizzeria. However, when I went back last night, the cheese was different—it was chewy and rubbery. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for pizza again. On a positive note, the garlic knots were the best I've ever had, and the wings were enjoyable as well. But I can’t recommend the pizza. I must mention that the service was excellent. Now, I’m back to the search for a good pizza place.

VINNY IS AMAZING, from the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with hospitality, inviting atmosphere, and a smell that can't be replicated at your local pizza box shop. The crust, flavor, toppings, pasta, 5 star homemade sauce and salad dressingare by far the best I have had in the valley if not more. Vinny is awesome. I'll be back soon to review again, this time withroom for dessert.

A HUGE shoutout to Vinny! His customer service is outstanding. We ordered wings, a pizza topped with ricotta, sausage, and pepperoni, as well as garlic knots and their homemade cheesecake. Where do I even start? The cheesecake was incredibly delicious—far better than anything from the Cheesecake Factory. I’d rate it a 15/10! The pizza was fantastic, from the crust to the sauce to the cheese. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Honestly, these were the worst wings I've ever had; I really wish I could get a refund. They had a strong vinegar smell, and the sauce was incredibly watery, almost like plain water.
