Bosa Donuts - Gilbert

Honestly I don't know if new owners or new management took over but absolutely rude people and the donuts taste like Dunkin' donuts, 3 day old donuts. So yeah I would drive a little further to go to another bosa.

This location has literally the worst customer service ever. I am convinced the girl working in the mornings needs a drug test. Always getting orders wrong and takes about 10 minutes PER CUSTOMER in the drive through. Had to leave the line this morning and I will never be back until this location gets their act together.

Great donuts as always. The only reason for not 5 stars is because the wait, the signage and not getting the order correct...but consistent donuts.

The donut holes here are incredible! The iced coffee is a delight as well. They offer fantastic food at excellent prices!

As a newcomer to Arizona, I had questions about some of the donuts and flavors, but all I received was a dismissive response and an attitude that suggested she was enjoying a power trip. On top of that, I had a digital coupon that they refused to accept because it had to be printed. Seriously? It’s 2023; who prints coupons anymore? I ended up spending $17 on a dozen donuts, but the poor attitude and the shop’s uncleanliness ensure I won’t be returning. It was really disappointing. They could stand to upgrade their service, and perhaps a little cleaning wouldn’t hurt either. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.
